He is probably the most professional person I have ever encountered. He took his time to explain thoroughly how my insoles work and broke down exactly what I needed to do. Also, when I first walked in he greeted me (introduced himself and told me to be patient) even though he was busy!

The manager, Balleh, helped me both times, the molding and fitting of my insoles. Very sweet and personable both times!

The office manager was polite in assisting me with getting the DME I needed. She was helpful and kept me updated on the status of my order. I was excited when she called and informed me that my order was ready. I will definitely call them in the future if I need anything else. Also, I will inform others about my experience.

Showed up for my appointment but they brought the wrong equipment, as if they did not actually look at the prescription from the doctor. Now I have to wait for the manufacturer to make the correct brace and mail to the Quantico Office, then ship it to my home address.

I want to share my gratitude for the technician who helped me with the casting for my insoles at the Bremerton hospital in Washington state. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I arrived early because I always get anxious about being late, but he was completely understanding and took care of me right away without making me wait. He clearly explained every step of the casting process, which really put my mind at ease. Thanks to his professionalism and kindness, I feel very confident that my foot issues will be resolved as soon as my new insoles arrive.

I really appreciate the outstanding care I received during my recent visit for custom insoles. The technician who performed the casting was fantastic. He was polite, clearly knew exactly what he was doing, and was very easy to relate to.

Because I get nervous about running late, I showed up quite early for my appointment. Instead of making me wait until my scheduled time, he saw me immediately. He walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect, which was incredibly helpful. I’ve had these for years for plantar fasciitis and just got my annual installment three days before a major wilderness backpacking trip. I wore these the first time and broke them in – generally inadvisable – over a 55-mile, 5-day full load backpacking adventure in Glacier National Park last week and couldn’t be happier. They have made minor modifications to their orthotics in response to customer notes over the years and have a stellar product now. Thanks!
