Today I got fitted for my insoles by Lauren. She is very nice and attentive to her clients. Made the process quick and explained the next steps! Very happy with my experience.

Tactical Rehabilitation has been awesome. Their Staff members were very helpful in getting my insoles completed. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I am on my 2nd year of using them and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs custom insoles!

This was my first time visiting and the experience was wonderful. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly they actually make you feel comfortable. My cast was done in few minutes and every step of the way I was informed for what was being done and what to expect. I recommend this place.

Kelley was absolutely amazing!! He was genuinly caring, empathetic, and understanding with the level of pain I was in due to my knee issue. He was accommodating and is doing all he can to get my brace fitted for me as soon as possible. I highly recommend Kelley he truly is an asset to the company.

By far the best customer service along with knowledge of products. She was able to help me with my jacked up feet from the Army and also suggested I see my Dr about my knee and turns out I have a torn ACL and MCL. If you get a chance ask to be seen by her. What an amazing company and better care then the military does.
