Kelly’s service has been beyond the BEST. She made up for my last experience, which is the reason I waited too long to get new inserts (you might want to look into that lady…she was very rude). Either way, Kelly is promt, texts before appointments, veriefied insoles were indeed delivered and explained everything in detail while she fit them. She deserves a 10 Star rating!!!!
