I had an exceptional experience with Jesslyn and Connor. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and concerns regarding my flat feet. The booking process was seamless, thanks to Jesslyn, who conveniently sent me a link to schedule my appointments right on my phone. My first appointment was for getting fitted for orthotics, and the second was to pick them up. The moment I tried my orthotics in my shoes, I felt an immense sense of relief. I am so grateful for the care and expertise provided—thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Jerry assisted me with my orthotics but the whole team was also a pleasure to deal with. They were the quickest business to book an appointment, they gave me had an unbelievably quick turn around for getting my product in, and their customer service was top tier! Kelly’s service has been beyond the BEST. She made up for my last experience, which is the reason I waited too long to get new inserts (you might want to look into that lady…she was very rude). Either way, Kelly is promt, texts before appointments, veriefied insoles were indeed delivered and explained everything in detail while she fit them. She deserves a 10 Star rating!!!! Thank you for hiring a true professional.

Corey was super helpful today! I wore my gym shoes out and loved them again. Actually excited about my boots tomorrow! He also sent me an email about dress shoes insoles and that will be amazing to get those too and not dread hurting in those anymore.

Booking this appointment was super easy. Notification was very helpful in planing visits. Service was quick and straight to the point. Staff was knowledgeable and really help me understand what type of insoles they provide and why it will benefit for my feet in any activity I may participate in.
