The custom orthotics we provide are designed and manufactured in the USA using custom molds and 3D imaging technology. These orthotics are specifically calibrated to your weight and activity level using MASS Posture Theory, making it the most effective product on the market.

This is an order for Mass Posture Theory Custom Orthotics Berkeley Shell type L3000-4 items, one pair for Garrison (regular duty) and an additional pair for Field/Deployment (heavy duty with leaf’s) from Tactical Rehabilitation INC (Fed Tax ID 46-2082171).
Utilizing MASS Posture Theory, the custom orthotics provide a full contact, truly custom fit, tailored for each patient to oppose forces that lead to pathology.
Each shell is 100% custom molded, using no prefabricated approximations. The heel cup provides a minimum of 13mm of height, to properly distribute forces to the medial and lateral arches.
The custom orthotic is also compatible with a wide array of customization options, such as met pads, full foot lifts, and modifications for additional weight-bearing activities.
