Tactical Rehabilitation Terms and Conditions

These Messaging Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the text-messaging service (“Service”) offered by Tactical Rehabilitation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting-in to receive text messages from us, you (the “User” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring and/or one-time SMS and/or MMS messages from Tactical Rehabilitation, including but not limited to:
– appointment reminders, program updates, and notifications regarding services you have requested;
– promotional or marketing messages (if you indicate that you wish to receive them);
– other information and communications relevant to your relationship with Tactical Rehabilitation.

2. Opt-in Requirement
You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By submitting your mobile phone number via our website contact form (or other consent mechanism) and checking the opt-in box (or otherwise indicating your affirmative consent), you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at that number. We will not send you marketing or promotional SMS/MMS messages unless you have given prior written consent for those messages.

3. Message Frequency, Costs & Hours
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us and the services you have elected.
Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. You are responsible for any applicable charges from your wireless carrier.
Messages may be sent from an automated system.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will not send messages outside the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (recipient’s local time) unless you have expressly requested otherwise.

4. Opt-out / Help
To stop receiving messages from us, you may reply STOP (or another standard opt-out keyword we specify) at any time, or contact us via the website or by email. After you opt out, we will send you one final confirmation message and then you will receive no further messages from us unless you opt in again.

5. Privacy & Sharing of Information
We collect your mobile phone number and other contact information when you provide it through our website or other channels.
We use this information to send you the text messages described in Section 1 and to manage your account, preferences, and communication with us.
We will not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party for the purpose of that third party sending you messages or for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly consent.

6. Record-keeping; Consent Evidence
We retain records of your opt-in consent (including timestamp, method of consent, mobile number, and campaign/purpose) and your opt-out requests as required under applicable industry rules.

7. Compliance with Applicable Laws & Industry Standards
We are committed to following all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements governing SMS/MMS text message marketing and communications, including but not limited to CTIA and TCR requirements.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on our website (and update the “Effective Date” above). Your continued participation in the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer and Limitations
By enrolling in the Service, you acknowledge that while we will use reasonable efforts to send messages as described, we do not guarantee delivery timing or that your carrier will deliver all messages, nor do we guarantee that message or data rates will be waived by your carrier. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service.
