Kevin MacRitchie
President & Chief Executive Officer, Tactical Rehabilitation Inc.
Kevin MacRitchie is the President & Chief Executive Officer for Tactical Rehabilitation Inc. with over thirty-five years of experience working in Healthcare, Education, Government, and the IT Industry. In this role, Kevin works tirelessly to combine technology-based initiatives and quality medical devices to create the best possible patient experience, earning the highly coveted IFAH Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries award in 2020-2022. Kevin’s efforts have also earned recognition for Tactical Rehabilitation as a Most Trusted Military Solutions Provider as well as Hire Vets recognition in 2022. Continuing in step, Kevin received recognition as both the World’s Most Inspiring CEO in 2023 and ranked as the World’s Top 20 Visionary Leaders Making an Impact in Healthcare in 2023. Under his leadership, Tactical Rehabilitation was also recognized as The Best Place to Work in 2023. Kevin specializes in high Customer Satisfaction, Information Technology, and Process Engineering Leadership to ensure the best possible healthcare for America’s heroes, our American Military and their families.
Kevin strengths are in business turnaround and business structuring for rapid profitable growth. Kevin consistently accomplishes these through high quality patient/customer care and partnerships, combined with consistent measurable goals that target alignment with company Mission, Vision and Goals. To get there, Kevin utilizes dashboards of information to steer each opportunity through the complications that arise and ensure each measurable goal is obtained by the team, for the team, and for the ultimate benefit of his company’s patients/customers/providers. Kevin highlights regularly the importance of listening to team members, patients, and providers as crucial for understanding the impacts of implemented programs and ensuring each initiative meets their positive intended objectives. Kevin focuses on the look forward and the mitigation of risk to ensure diversity and capacity in each aspect of the business allowing partners, providers, and patients to know Tactical Rehabilitation will be there for them today, tomorrow, and for their grandchildren as well.
Prior to his time with Tactical Rehabilitation, Inc, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President – Chief Operations Officer & Chief Engineering Officer for CCI Systems, Inc. where he led the turn-around and expansion of CCI System’s market into a Tier 1 & 2 Service Provider space. He strategically guided and implemented internal and external processes to ensure CCI services were delivered in a timely and efficient manner focusing on continual improvement in value to CCI’s customer base and partner community. Inherently, Kevin was responsible for attracting, developing, and maintaining the industry’s leading talent to deliver the best solutions for CCI’s customers and partners.
Kevin retired from his VP role at Cisco Systems where he served 24 years in numerous leadership positions. Those positions included Principal Liaison to the Humanitarian Sector and Cisco’s Humanitarian initiative through NetHope; Vice President and CTO Global Defense, Space and Security; and Vice President of Cisco’s World-Wide Channels Organization. During Kevin’s time at Cisco he led teams into eight new markets each growing to over $1B in annual sales, co-created Cisco TACOPS focused on the tactical response to communications needs during disasters around the globe and was deployed regularly around the globe, led the anti-counterfeit and anti-black/gray market efforts for Cisco, and spearheaded the creation and management of the Cisco Global Governmental Business Development Team which helped Public Sector Theater Teams expand markets and supported Defense Sales initiatives globally.
Kevin continues to provide strong support to the Humanitarian and Educational sectors serving on the boards of Telecom4Good and Wingspan. He has also served as a regular guest lecturer for the University of Michigan and past guest lecturer for the University of Waterloo, Toronto, Canada and Michigan State University in their Undergraduate, MBA and PhD programs.
Kevin holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Toledo. In his free time, Kevin continues to serve as an active-duty Mounted Law Enforcement Officer, Horse and Buffalo Rancher, and enjoys spending time with his family riding horses all over the country.
