Had my appointment today 11:00-11:15, showed up on time for the appointment, sat around for 20 minutes, called Tactical Rehabilitation after the Petty Officers in the clinic saw I was still sitting there. (Actual number was not on the calendar invite which would have been nice). Was told the appointment should have been cancelled and I should have been notified……..neither of those happened.
