Jus horrible I keep telling the technician he was pressing too much on my foot ..he then ask me do u want me to cancel the appointment? Jus rude

Team B&B were phenomenal! As soon as they received my referral, I received a call to schedule my appointment. I’m leaving for training next week and needed an appointment pretty soon. They got me in the next day! In addition to their professionalism, they were reassuring, accommodating, welcoming, and gave me all of the information I need moving forward.

He is probably the most professional person I have ever encountered. He took his time to explain thoroughly how my insoles work and broke down exactly what I needed to do. Also, when I first walked in he greeted me (introduced himself and told me to be patient) even though he was busy!
