From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I arrived early because I always get anxious about being late, but he was completely understanding and took care of me right away without making me wait. He clearly explained every step of the casting process, which really put my mind at ease. I’ve had these for years for plantar fasciitis and just got my annual installment three days before a major wilderness backpacking trip. I wore these the first time and broke them in – generally inadvisable – over a 55-mile, 5-day full load backpacking adventure in Glacier National Park last week and couldn’t be happier.
