Had my appointment today 11:00-11:15, showed up on time for the appointment, sat around for 20 minutes, called Tactical Rehabilitation after the Petty Officers in the clinic saw I was still sitting there. (Actual number was not on the calendar invite which would have been nice). Was told the appointment should have been cancelled and I should have been notified……..neither of those happened.

Excellent and courteous service. Elmer & staff were extremely knowledgeable and assistive with the care I was referred for. I would gladly come back to this office, and recommend to others.

Elmer was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions at the Pensacola location.
