Lauren was very helpful and made the first experience amazing, highly recommended and very professional. She explained everything in great detailed and also gave me their contact info for future inquiries.

Lauren did a great job explaining the full details such as the material of the insoles, the process to receiving them, and the longevity of the insoles. I am looking forwards to receiving the insoles to give them a try.

The representative was friend and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain how to use the knee brace and answer any questions. The location I got my brace at was Ft. Stewart, GA. My only recommendation since it is currently 2 appointment process, for where I am, is to wait to schedule the second appointment. You may or may not get the brace the 1st appointment.

Connor was phenomenal! He explained more than I would have thought to ask and had great communication throughout. Thanks for having a great person represent you all and who cares about what they do.

Kelly’s service has been beyond the BEST. She made up for my last experience, which is the reason I waited too long to get new inserts (you might want to look into that lady…she was very rude). Either way, Kelly is promt, texts before appointments, veriefied insoles were indeed delivered and explained everything in detail while she fit them. She deserves a 10 Star rating!!!! The manager, Balleh, helped me both times, the molding and fitting of my insoles. Very sweet and personable both times!

The office manager was polite in assisting me with getting the DME I needed. She was helpful and kept me updated on the status of my order. I was excited when she called and informed me that my order was ready. I will definitely call them in the future if I need anything else. Also, I will inform others about my experience.

I’ve had these for years for plantar fasciitis and just got my annual installment three days before a major wilderness backpacking trip. I wore these the first time and broke them in – generally inadvisable – over a 55-mile, 5-day full load backpacking adventure in Glacier National Park last week and couldn’t be happier. They have made minor modifications to their orthotics in response to customer notes over the years and have a stellar product now. Thanks!
